What can you tell about a person from just their hands?

In 2020 I walked onto the streets of Amsterdam and Utrecht armed with a camera. I was in search of hands. What are you holding? Do you have wrinkles? Tattoos?

This project tried to find a direct and personal connection through genuine street photography in a time when we didn't get to see each other's faces that often anymore.

The project, along with a visual poem, was later featured at a festival in Utrecht
