At the end of 2024 I worked on the concept for a new Literary platform for Dutch writers. 

For the graphic design, I focused on creating something that was both nostalgic, yet modern and captivating. As the title of the platform suggests, new Dutch literature with a modern flair.

The orange band on the side creates an instantly recognizable visual identity. As new editions change colors, or maybe incorporate different illustrations, this tight design provides a steady handhold for the platform. 

The final touch? The illustration of a herring on the back cover. The Hollandsche Nieuwe itself.
